Holodisplay shader FX

This was a material experiment to create a holographic display material. It is primarily based on a series of bump offset nodes that have relative depth, fade, distortion and colour controls. As this is a texture based effect it allows for different depths to use different textures. This can use different "hud" elements or even create depth blur effects with the use of consecutively blurred textures.
